2. For what purposes and on what legal basis is data processed?

We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) and all other applicable laws only to the extent required to provide the information on this website and our services on this website.

Personal data may be shared with our IT service providers to provide this website.

Furthermore cookies are used when you login to a Fluggz webshop of one of our customers. The cookie will save the session details, allowing you to remain logged in for when you return to the webshop. This increases the convenience of using the website.
